Return Policy

At Otentik we work hard to create quality products to compliment your outdoor lifestyle.  Whether you’re using your sunshade on the beach, hiking or in the backyard we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.  

Our team is available every day of the week to take phone calls and texts for setup assistance in order to provide our customers with the best experience.

If for some reason you are not pleased with the product and wish to return, we offer a 30 day return policy with no re-stocking fees for new and un-used items.  Due to the nature of the product, returns for used items will incur a re-stocking fee since the fabric cannot be re-sold as new. Re-stocking fees on used items are dependent on the condition of the returned item and are handled on a case by case basis.  We encourage you to get in touch with our team to help ensure a smooth process and minimal fees.  Our standard fees for items returned like-new is $10%.

All returns must be submitted to our team to receive an RMA.  We request that you use a trackable service and mail the sunshade to our office:

Please do not use USPS.  We have had many lost packages, resulting in delayed refunds to customers.  All USPS packages are subject to a ‘retrieval fee’ of $15.

Refunds

We do our best to process returns within 5 business days of receipt of item. Keep in mind that we get backlogged during peak seasons and sales, so it may take longer during those times. Refunds will be submitted within that time frame, but may take longer to show up on your end, due to processing times of banks and credit cards.
