Join Ella Ran, co-owner of Outsiders and 300hr certified Precision Alignment Yoga Instructor, for a 50 min. SUP yoga lesson in the beautiful clear waters of Salt Springs.
We’ll start with some basic instruction on how to SUP (stand-up paddleboard), and begin our lesson just a short 50ft or so paddle to our floating yoga dock.
Each yoga lesson will include:
- basic breath work (pranayama)
- asana (postures) practice, rooted in the principles of anatomical alignment
- safe, appropriate practice for each individual’s experience & capabilities
We will launch from Salt Springs. There is an entrance fee of $6 so we encourage car pooling.
