Join Ella Ran, co-owner of Outsiders and 300hr certified Precision Alignment Yoga Instructor, for a 50 min. SUP yoga lesson in the beautiful clear waters of Blue Springs.
We’ll start with some basic instruction on how to SUP (stand-up paddleboard), and a short paddle up the river (1/2 mile) to the springs for our yoga lesson.
Each yoga lesson will include:
- basic breath work (pranayama)
- asana (postures) practice, rooted in the principles of anatomical alignment
- safe, appropriate practice for each individual’s experience & capabilities
We will launch from “French Landing”. Continue on French Ave. past the entrance to Blue Springs, where it turns into a dirt road and follow to the end. We’ll be waiting there!
We’ll have the option to paddle up to the spring head after our lesson, which is only another .5 miles through the beautiful, shaded waterways of Blue Spring State Park.
